They are mostly all box stock with the exception a few small weapon conversions and head swaps. The sprues came with too many helmeted heads for my tastes so I used some empire knight heads I had laying around. For my fluff the warriors of my tribe are marked by the gods from birth with fiery orange/red hair so all hair and beards in the army is painted as such. (and no I do not have red/orange hair myself ;) ). Also I posed the models on the sides of the unit so they look like they are watching the flanks, even though it means nothing in game terms I like the look it gives the unit.
